This restaurant's main food product is ramen without soup. It's very delicious. I'm now a fan of mazesoba. We came here on Sunday just as it opened at 5 pm. So, no wait times for us. The restaurant is small on the inside. There's not that many tables. The washrooms are in the back. The interior is very cute and Japanese decorated. It's a whole vibe. There's no physical menu. Instead, you have to scam a QR code on the table to access the online menu to order your food. Outside the restaurant, there is a sign that is advertising their new Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Jelly drink. My sister ordered the Megumi Mazesoba (25? - sorry, can't remember - it was a few dollars more than what I got) and the Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea (5.20). I ordered the Unagi Mazesoba (21) and the Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea (5.20). My sister told me that Megumi Mazesoba (choice: thin ramen noodles and spicy), was good. The only thing she didn't like was that the pork chasu was more fat than meat. The Megumi Mazesoba consists of pork chasu, minced pork, onsen egg, ajitama egg, green onions, shredded nori, corn, minced garlic, fish powder, and roasted sesame seeds. My Unagi Mazesoba (choice: thin ramen noodles and no spice) was delicious. Other than realizing that there were bones in my unagi (eel) and having to carefully/slowly eat/pick them out... Pretty damn good. The Unagi Mazesoba consists of the unagi (eel), onsen egg, green onions, shredded nori, wonton bits, corn, minced garlic, fish powder, roasted sesame seeds. Oh, and we got the chili peppers sauce thing on the side instead of in the bowls, cause I can't do spice. On the table, there are a container of wonton cracker bits, a bottle of vinegar(?), and shredded bonito flakes that you can add to your food. Breaking the onsen egg and mixing all of the toppings and noodles (excluding my fish), made my mazesoba coated in a layer of utter deliciousness. Adding some shredded bonito flakes enhanced the flavor as well. The Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea came with ice cubes and brown sugar jelly. The milk tea had a unique and different/distinct flavor from every other milk tea/bubble tea I've drank up until this point. The only problem I had was that the straw was too small. The jelly got stuck trying to get sucked in and the milk tea wouldn't go through the straw, since the jelly was in the way. So, it got slightly annoying. If the straw was bigger, it wouldn't be a problem. Overall, the food and drink was good. Tasty. I've become a fan of this kind of ramen. I noticed this restaurant also has warabi mochi and not a lot of places in Toronto sells warabi mochi that isn't frozen or stale. I love this place. Will definitely be coming back here to try the rest of the menu.

We had a delightful dining experience at Megumi Mazesoba! Food is amazing! Their culinary offerings were exceptionally delectable, and the ambiance was both cozy and invigorating. Furthermore, the establishment is family-friendly, making it an ideal destination for individuals with children. The owner and staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and courtesy throughout our visit. Based on this positive experience, we anticipate revisiting this establishment in the future.

Tried the Megumi Mazesoba and it did not disappoint. The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the toppings were super well-balanced. Every bite had a bit of everything—pork, egg, garlic, seaweed—so flavorful. It’s a dry noodle dish, but honestly, I didn’t miss the broth at all. The sauce at the bottom mixes in so well. Cozy spot, quick service, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely planning to come back and try other ones on the menu!

Wow, incredible brothless ramen. The spice levels are serious business, so err on the side of caution if you can't handle spice. We got the meal for two which is a great value if you are hungry. You get gyoza, miso soup, two main courses of mazesoba (your choice of original, pork chasu, karaage, or tempura), hot or cold tea, and kuromitsu kinako ice cream with banana spring rolls. We were absolutely stuffed and could not eat anymore! Definitely a delicious spot and a unique concept of brothless ramen. Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely delicious meal here and tried the Megumi Mazesoba ramen. It had the perfect amount of sauce and a runny egg in the middle to mix in for that perfect savoury flavour. Highly recommend the banana spring rolls as well, which was served vanilla ice cream. Perfect way to end the meal ! Kudos to Paula for explaining the dish and origin to us!

First-time for me to try brothless Japanese noodle, “Mazesoba” unlike Yakisoba or Tsukemen? Selected their pork chashu udon, comes with a free veggie korokke on new delivery app is a great choice. Fast and still warm, so satisfy and amazing taste. And you have choice to select 3 types of noodle ; ramen, udon & soba and 4 levels of spiciness; original, mild, medium and hot.

My friend highly recommended this store and brought me here. Just as he said, the taste was amazing!! I’m used to eating Mazesoba in Japan, but this one surprised me with how delicious it was. Also, Paula was an amazing staff member. She took great care of us and let us enjoy our meal without rushing us, even though it was near closing time. I really enjoyed dinner with my friend. Thank you again!
